The change of email address of the user account must be done directly by someone of the Archireport’s support team.

Inform our team that you want to change your email address, the procedure will then be as follows:

Synchronize your data,
Log out of ArchiReport in the ArchiReport preferences,
Notify us by email at contact@archireport.com when you are logged out and specify the new email you want.
We modify the email,
We will notify you when everything is ready to reconnect with the new email and password.
